Stress & Rescue
Stress & Rescue is a great course to gain life saving skills while enhancing diving skills. Most people find it the most valuable course they have take in diving career. It is designed gain invaluable knowledge in areas of recognizing signs and symptom of diving accidents. This course takes 4 to 5 days. You must have a first aid certificate in completion of this course the fifth day would be first aid if you don’t already have it.
